So today I am beginning my weight loss push. I will divide the blog into various sections for ease of reading and tracking:
Sleep:
I had a very good sleep last night. In fact I slept at 8.30pm and woke up at 5.30am. That is like 9.5 hours of sleep.

Diet:
I am following the Kcal meal plan and hence, today my meals are gonna be:

And again, as usual by the evening all my diet goes for a toss and I had this:
Mind and thoughts (Summary):
The started off with me feeling very focused and positive. I really wanted o push this new lifestyle. However by the end of the day I feel pathetic because I over ate. Was I really feeling hungry when I ordered that food? No.. I fell for my craving/greed..
I hope tomorrow will be a better day.
